Robert J. Hugin is a business executive and political figure in New Jersey who serves as chairman of the New Jersey Republican State Committee. He assumed the role in 2021, overseeing party organization, fundraising, and statewide political strategy for the Republican Party in New Jersey.

Hugin previously spent most of his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry. He served for more than two decades at Celgene Corporation, including as chief executive officer and executive chairman. In 2018, Hugin became the Republican nominee for the United States Senate seat in New Jersey. He ran in the general election against incumbent Senator Bob Menendez.
