Nicholas P. Scutari is a New Jersey state legislator and attorney who serves as president of the New Jersey Senate and represents the 22nd Legislative District. The district includes municipalities in Union County, including Linden, Plainfield, Rahway, and surrounding communities.

Scutari has served in the New Jersey Legislature since 2004. Before joining the Senate, he served as mayor of Linden. In addition to his legislative work, he has maintained a legal career and has served as municipal prosecutor in several New Jersey municipalities.
