LeRoy J. Jones Jr. is a New Jersey state legislator and political party leader. He represents the 20th Legislative District in the New Jersey General Assembly and serves as chairman of the New Jersey Democratic State Committee. His district includes municipalities in Union County.

Jones previously served as mayor of Hillside and later as a member of the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders, now known as the Union County Board of County Commissioners.
